CSSI RVSM Attending LABACE: Our Commitment to South American RVSM Aircraft Monitoring Support
Located at a corner of Congonhas Airport, in the heart of Sao Paulo city, LABACE is a great way to see the modernization of aircraft equipment and services across South America. LABACE occurs August 14–16 this year.
This will be another year for CSSI RVSM attending the the Annual Latin American Business Aviation Conference and Exhibition (LABACE) in Sao Paulo, Brazil, and, as always, we expect it will be a great experience.
While LABACE may not be the largest aviation industry show, the show represents remarkable increases each year in Aviation Industry in South America. The venue size has a more relaxed atmosphere that you don’t find at larger shows. At LABACE you can meet with other aviation professionals and see a great outdoor aircraft static display, all while also enjoying the famous Brazilian hospitality. There really is no place like it.
Our goal in attending LABACE is to take the opportunity to meet with our valued South American RVSM Monitoring Service Provider Partners in one place. The CSSI RVSM Team has been working in partnership with some of our great service provider partners in Brazil since 2005 to offer local aircraft RVSM Monitoring Services to the South American aviation market.
The key difficulty in providing aircraft RVSM Monitoring Services in South America is to also provide the aircraft MODE C reporting or Pressure Altitude Flown data as required for the Altimetry System Error Calculation for RVSM Approval.
Usually this Pressure Altitude Flown record data could be provided by downloading the data from the aircraft Digital Flight Data Recorder (DFDR). Unfortunately, relying on DFDR could lead to some complications: it could be overwritten by another flight or may require further expense to retrieve the DFDR.
The CSSI RVSM Monitoring Solution adds an Altitude Recording Device to the portable RVSM Monitoring tool in order for the RVSM Monitoring Service Provider to capture the aircraft MODE C reports of Pressure Altitude Flown during the test flight. The Altitude Recording Device also make it easier to retrieve and submit the test data after the flight lands.
In 2013, CSSI was authorized to manufacture and sell our newest generation of the portable RVSM Monitoring tool for aircraft testing, the CSSI Commercial E2GMU.
In South America, we partnered with local Aviation Professionals, Aircraft Manufacturers, and Flight Bases of Operations in Brazil, to provide aircraft RVSM Monitoring tools and services locally. In almost one year, an under-served region for RVSM Monitoring quickly became an easier place for aircraft operators to find a local provider to perform the RVSM Monitoring safety check. It also provided our RVSM Monitoring Service Provider Partners in Brazil with a new business opportunity and added value services for their customers.
We also coordinate for our partners directly with the Regional Monitoring Agency of the Caribbean and South America CARSAMMA to ensure the customer’s aircraft RVSM Monitoring flight data is recorded and approved so they are ready to fly RVSM.
With CSSI Commerical E2GMU, the Brazilian market for aircraft RVSM Monitoring testing services expanded and today it is quite easy to find a great, professional RVSM Monitoring Service Provider in many parts of Brazil. CSSI RVSM also makes it very easy for our Commercial E2GMU Partners to get the E2GMU training within a week of tool delivery with our online E2GMU RVSM training website.
